How it works

Your referral can contact Hawthorne Health directly, or give permission for Hawthorne Health to contact them.
You receive $75
If your referral completes a study-specific screening visit, we confirm the referral and process your thank-you.

The referral thank-you is for completing a screening visit, not for joining the study.

Are you a healthcare provider? Refer a patient
The referral incentive is separate from study compensation. The referrer must be in the Hawthorne Health database to receive payment. Additional terms and eligibility apply.
