Required cardiac imaging delivered in participants’ homes in 48 states, where missing a scheduled echocardiogram can interrupt a patient’s access to therapy. 2,099 at-home echo visits from January to August 2026, with turnaround more than halved across the year before.

A national prevalence study needed comprehensive echocardiograms performed in participants’ homes, in all 50 states, to a core laboratory standard. Hawthorne obtained consent, scheduled the visits and acquired the images across three years of continuous enrollment.
