Clinical research helps bring new treatments and care options to patients. If you have a patient you feel would benefit from one of Hawthorne Health’s clinical research studies, use the form below to refer them.
How it works
1) Share the opportunity.
Tell a patient about any study being conducted by Hawthorne Health and provide a referral card, referral flyer or our contact information and get their permission for us to contact them.
2) Then enter their information here using the form below.
3) If they complete a screening visit, you will be notified.
If your referral completes a study-specific screening visit, we’ll confirm the referral the following month.
Provider Referrals
If you’d like to refer a patient to learn more about clinical research opportunities at Hawthorne Health, you can share that information below. A member of our research team will contact the person you refer to discuss studies that could be a good fit. There is no obligation to participate.
Participate in Research
Hawthorne Health conducts a variety of clinical research studies for individuals of different ages and health backgrounds. Studies may take place entirely from home or at participating pharmacy or community locations. You do not need health insurance to participate in studies.
